Punta de Mita is about 45 minutes outside of Puerto Vallarta and was once simply beach and surf. It has now turned into a luxury resort destination with the <a href="http://www.fourseasons.com/puntamita/">Four Seasons</a>. My first time at surfing was quite fun, but exhausting. We were treated to some local <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ceviche">Ceviche</a> with the surfers. This was of course before I starting liking Sushi. But, to appear brave, I sprinkled some salt, added some hot sauce to the Ceviche and tasted it. Wow...amazing. I don't think I ever had the same experience with Ceviche since, but it always brings up good memories of Punta de Mita, the town close to where I now live.<br /> <br /> I met up with Victoria Pratt who is a great real estate agent in Bucerias. Her site is <a href="http://www.pacificmexicorealestate.com/">Pacific Mexico Real Estate</a>. She has joined forces with Catherine Martin, a very successful agent in the area and they are offering <a href="http://www.pacificboutiqueproperties.com/">luxury real estate in Punta de Mita</a>. They are called Pacific Boutique Properties and they only represent high end estates and developments. In Kevin's case, it was in the dumpster, sorting through pieces of picture frames in a dumpster. No time for a short film, but the site lives on. We will use this site to promote people we meet, and things we like.
